Cancellation Policy
A $20 fee will be applied if notice to cancel or reschedule private lesson is not given within 48 hours within the scheduled private time. Must give a 72 hour notice of cancellation of monthly membership prior to renewal date (30 days). No refunds for 1 & 6 month memberships paid for in advance. Memberships can be frozen up to but not to exceed 2 weeks for every 180 days. No refunds or exchanges on any discounted services or promotional services.
