Hey all! Just a quick update - Coach Chris Griffin is delayed in Lexington KY with 2 Fighters that have to weigh in this afternoon before their MMA fights tomorrow night. It looks like we are going to have to cancel kids class for tonight. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We look forward to seeing you all next week!
